# I lost my Discord account

If you purchased the web version and lost your Discord account, then please make a ticket in our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/afk-console-client-1001858472234725396) where you post the following details:

* Subject (something like "I lost access to my Discord account where I have the web version").
* Old Discord account ID.
* Old Discord account name/tag.

Then we will contact you for your latest invoice in DM's and have your account transferred.
